Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promote products/services effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
