Key Responsibilities:

Client Meetings: Engage with clients in-person, via phone, or virtually to understand their design needs, preferences, and project goals related to wardrobes, flooring, and interior design.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations to gather details about clients' spaces, budget, and design requirements to create tailored solutions.

Proposal Creation: Prepare and present customized proposals that include design concepts, product selections, cost estimates, and timelines for wardrobe, flooring, and interior design services.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an expert understanding of the company’s product offerings, including wardrobes, flooring, and interior design materials, ensuring that and space requirements.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to the growth and success of the team and company.

Market Research: Stay informed on trends in interior design, flooring, and wardrobe solutions to provide clients with current and innovative options.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale follow-up, ensuring clients are satisfied with their experience and final results.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  2. Experience: 0-3 years

  3. Portfolio: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.

  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
